Service

All MacXprt retail locations are full service Apple Specialists, providing both sales and support for Apple products. We are able to service Apple products that are under their original warranty and AppleCare, in addition those that are out-of-warranty. Our Apple certified technicians will meticulously inspect, diagnose, service and document all steps to ensure a successful service event and your utmost satisfaction. We pride ourselves that our service is second to none.

Labor rates may vary in each market, below are typical of what you should expect.

Business Hours: $100 - 120 per hour
Nights/Weekends/Holidays: $120 - 125 per hour

Training

Our expert in-store and on-location consultants have an extensive knowledge of both the hardware and software that power your Mac. Whether it be in a classroom setting, or a one-on-one consultation, our MacXprts can provide you and your business effective technology education that will provide you the competitive advantage. All of our MacXprts set their own rates for training, so please consult the MacXprt nearest to you for their rates.

Classes at The MacXprts Network Main Headquarters

MacXprts Columbia offers classes bi-weekly on Monday nights from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at our location in The Village of Cherry Hill.  Classes are $10.00 per person and when you purchase a new Macintosh computer from our store you will get a complimentary card worth three FREE classes to help you get started with your new computer!
